Fresh Fruit King (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect and retain personal information when you use our website, app, member services, ordering and delivery services.
Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect your name, phone number, delivery address, precise location for delivery calculation, account or user ID, order and purchase history, payment status and information necessary to process an order, device or push-notification identifiers, product interaction and usage data, order notes and other content you submit. Where applicable, we may also collect birthday, referral, membership, rewards, saved-address and notification-preference information.
How we use information
We use information to register and authenticate accounts; process, confirm and support orders; calculate delivery distance and delivery fees; provide delivery and customer support; operate membership, wallet credit, vouchers and rewards; send notifications you choose to receive; keep the app and website operating safely; and understand product and service usage through limited operational analytics.
Location, payment and notifications
Precise location is used only when you choose to provide it for delivery calculation or delivery-related features. Payment information is limited to the status, references and other details necessary to process, verify or reconcile an order; we do not use it for unrelated purposes. Device tokens and browser or app notification identifiers are used to send order or marketing notifications according to your choices. You can turn notifications off in the app, browser or device settings.
Data sharing and advertising
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for cross-company advertising tracking unless we first obtain your separate consent. We may use service providers only where needed to operate the service, such as notification, authentication, mapping or payment-related providers, and only for the relevant service purpose.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfilment, support, membership administration, security, reconciliation and legal or financial record-keeping obligations. We use access controls, role-based administration, limited data access and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices, access and deletion
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your account and related personal information. We may retain information that must be kept for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or financial record-keeping purposes. Deleting an account does not cancel an already submitted order, and records needed to process that order may remain until the matter is completed.
